I have used redken products for many years as they truly are value for money. I have below shoulder length hair and a tablespoon sized amount is ample,just remember to brush or comb it through and always rinse conditioner with cool water. I prefer the dark blue bottle over this one as it really does leave my hair soft, but in beautiful condition. Considering the medications I take and previously bleached the heck out of it!
Definitely recommend these products and I personally only use these myself.

But the product is second to none in my opinion. It made my hair silky smooth and soft. For chemically damaged hair this works incredibly well.
