Volume Control

I have a AIYIMA T8 Preamp that cannot be controlled by the Firestick remote (no codes available) running a simple stereo setup with 5 channels + I like incorporating my Samsung TV’s audio (acting as a very good Center channel with EQ and Clear Voice), but this means adjusting the volume for the TV and preamp separately with multiple remotes, definitely not ideal.

As a workaround this app worked perfectly! I’m using it with my Firestick Lite + an upgraded Firestick remote with the volume control. I had to follow the instructions and use a companion android phone app as a workaround to setting the overlay permissions on the firestick; but it was all well explained and now it just works! I can just set the TV and preamp volume levels and leave them, then adjust the system volume of the firestick with the remote and it’s a beautiful thing!

The volume appears in the bottom left of the screen and allows you to adjust up to 200% so there’s a lot of control (you might be able to do more in the settings), there are a few options like displaying the volume and the time, or just the volume. After setting up I turned off and on the tv and it keeps working reliably. Will update if I run into any issues.

Wishlist for the developer – Something I’d love to see in a future update: right now I have to repeatedly press the volume up and down buttons on the remote to adjust the volume, you can’t press and hold (does nothing). Would be really nice to be able to press and hold the volume buttons to quickly pull the volume up and down, if this gets implemented it’ll be 5 stars from me!. Otherwise I’m very happy, many thanks to the developer!

O app é bom e funciona, foi uma mão na roda. Porém, ele necessita de outro app pra funcionar: o volume control utility. Não sabia dessa informação, instalei e não funcionou, depois de muitas pesquisas descobri que precisava desse outro aplicativo.

Não funciona não gostei é perda de tempo se não funciona pra que enganar as pessoas com essa porcaria…

Pra configurar precisa instalar o aplicativo extra no celular, conectar ao Fire e ativar o controle do dispositivo Fire. Então o aplicativo Volume Control conseguirá controlar totalmente o volume. É um app extremamente útil!! 8 reais vale demais o investimento.

Não posso avaliar o produto, pois, o app era para celular e eu não percebi no momento da compra e acho que isso não estava bem claro na descrição. Pensei que se tratava de controle de volume para o controle do dispositivo Fire tv lite. O meu controle não controle de volume. Infelizmente, compra errada! Não funcionou.
